How to Bid
To place your bid/s, please follow these steps:
- 1. Click
‘Get your PIN’ to register your details - Make a note of your PIN
- 2. Select
‘Silent Auction (Browse lots)’ to view the auction lots
- 3. Select an item you would like to place a bid on.
- 4. Click
‘Bid’ then enter your bid amount and PIN.
- 5. Submit your bid
You can view your bid/s and their status throughout the event by clicking ‘My bids’ and entering your PIN.
Forgot your PIN?
- - Click
‘Forgot your pin? Click to retrieve’ on the Place bid panel to retrieve your PIN.
- - Alternatively, ask a member of the Silent Auction Team for your PIN.
How to Donate
- To donate, click
‘Make a pledge’ and then enter the amount you would to donate and your PIN.
Terms & Conditions
- All bids must meet or exceed the reserve price and by placing bids you are committing to purchase the item(s) if you are the successful bidder.
- No VAT to be added to the price/s (no added fees).
- All items provided by GiveFundraising are 100% authentic and come complete with a certificate of authenticity. The frames of physical items may slightly differ from the photos shown on screen.
- Split payment per individual/couple is available for all experience packages. For more information please ask a member of the Silent Auction Team.
Payments
- If you are the successful bidder, you can pay by Cash, Cheque, Debit / Credit Card or bank transfer. We accept all credit or debit cards by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Amex.
Postage & Packaging
- If items are being auctioned at an event, they are available to be taken on the day free of charge. For auction prizes that require postage and packaging within the UK, an additional charge of £20 will be added no matter how many prizes are won. Vouchers for experiences are delivered free of charge via e-voucher or post.
- GiveFundraising aims to deliver items within 5 working days in the United Kingdom and within 15 working days to the rest of the world. We can make special arrangements if faster delivery is required.
