Hi Claire,
It looks like I missed one of the images in my previous attachments for the Robin artwork. I've attached it here. Please let me know if any others are missing but I think that's everything!
Regarding the live auction, those items should not be listed in the [LOTS] in our platform, and should be removed if they have already been added.
For the live auction, I’d recommend coordinating with the AV team(Simon SLS) to display a screen for each live auction item during the auction on stage. This will help highlight each item to your guests as it's being presented and auctioned in-person on stage.
There’s no need to include these items on the silent auction bidding tablets, as those are dedicated to silent auction items.
Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks Nicholas.
I'll give you an update later this afternoon, just working on the final lots just now.
One question Anne and I had re Live auction v Silent Auction. There are 10 lots that will be used for the live auction - what do you need me to do with these? Do I delete them from the listing so that it is only the remaining silent lots that remain live on the website?
What information/format do you need for the 10 live listings?
Thanks for explaining regarding the top up lots that you uploaded, they look great!
Looking forward to meeting you on Friday!
Best wishes
Claire

Apologies—I think I missed the attachments for your item images in my previous email. Since there are only a handful, I’ve attached them directly to this email (instead of using WeTransfer).
You’ll find the images from yesterday attached, along with the additional ones.
I’ve also uploaded the image titled "Welcome to the 38th Glasgow Rugby Fun Lunch."
Regarding the top-up items, we apply a minimum margin of 10% before the starting bid, plus anything sold beyond that. For example, the Paul Gascoigne-signed Rangers framed shirt item would have a £50 margin before the starting bid. If it sells for £950, you would receive an additional £500 on top of all profits from your own items. There’s no risk in including these top-up items, and any unsold pieces can be rolled into a future charity auction.
Please keep me updated on your progress finalising the items so I have a clear idea by the end of the day.
Let me know if you have any questions. Looking forward to meeting you both and the event on Friday!

Hi Claire & Anne,
Great to see we're almost there with the items!
Thanks for sending over the additional three images for editing. Please find the edited versions attached and ready for upload.
It looks like we're in a similar situation as last year, where some key items are missing that could help raise additional funds for Macmillan.
To support this, I’ve imported a few carefully selected items that we recommend adding based on past years' success and audience interest. Macmillan benefits from the margin before the starting bid, as well as any amount exceeding the final auction price.
These top-up items perform very well for charity, so I’d love to propose this for your event on Friday (you can view these at the end of the item list). Please let me know your thoughts once you’ve finalised the list and added your final three items.
Additionally, there are a few outstanding requests from my email dated 17th February—could you kindly provide the following?
- Design Files: A high-resolution copy of the front cover of your event program for our platform. If there’s no specific event branding, we can use the generic Macmillan Cancer Support logo.
- Welcome Introduction: A brief introduction or overview of the event, which will appear in the "About the Event" section of the bidding tablets.
@Anne - also, sorry I missed your call today, I am available to chat over tomorrow if there's anything else to discuss before Friday?
Looking forward to your updates so we can finalise and meet tomorrows deadline for online changes (10pm Wednesday 5th March).
Best wishes,

Thank you for the images. I managed to work around the permission denied message and upload all the images ok.
I am catching up with Anne this afternoon for final information. I am waiting on three more prizes being confirmed (the images for these have already been sent/received between us).
The starting bid and bid increments are not finalised yet but I just put figures in as a place holder and will go back through and amend when I have the information. There may be some lots that I will delete as there are some prizes we might keep to use out with the silent auction, again just waiting on confirmation of this!
Hopefully all will be finalised soon!
Best wishes

I've had a check over the items you've added and everything looks great.
In terms of the thumbnail, there's a restriction on your account that is not allowing you to select thumbnails on some images. Our developers are applying a fix for this but in the meantime, if there are any that you cannot change, just let me know in an email and I'll get those actioned.
How many items do you have total for the silent auction? Is that almost everything added now?
Best wishes,

One question I have when I am uploading a lot and try and select the thumbnail I am getting a pop up banner saying permission denied. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, it won't let me select the image to show the orange border. It hasn't done it with all of them and I somehow managed to work round it for some of the others but not sure what I did! Any help appreciated! Thanks!
