Premabhai Hall was designed by Pritzker prize winner Balkrishna Doshi and completed in 1976 but is now closed and an impromptu market place surrounds the hall.

Edmund Sumner is a highly regarded London-based architectural photographer who has been collaborating with leading architects, publishers, editors and curators since 1998. In addition to his domestic photography, Sumner travels far and wide, equally comfortable working with emerging talent and global studios. He is often to be found shooting in India, Japan, Mexico, the Middle East and the USA.
